Much better than the boiled potatoes you grew up with

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp goulash paprikash
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 3-4 large peeled potatoes cut in 1/8s.

Instructions

  1. Make broth by mixing goulash paprikash, water and olive oil in your pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, add the potatoes bring back to a boil, simmer for 10-20 minutes until tender.
