Easy to make, easy to eat, easy to clean!


  • 1.5 cup Long Grain 9Rice
  • 9 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
  • 3.5 cups water or stock
  • 1 hand full of chopped Parsley
  • Nd Seasoned Sea Salt
  • Optional: 3/4 cup diced onion (reduce water to 3 cup)


  1. Rinse your rice! It’s worth the extra step
  2. In oven safe bakeware, add your rinsed rice and place 1.5 cups of water for every cup of rice. (Subtract a half a cup of water if you add an onion for flavor)
  3. Place your chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle with seasoning, we used Nd seasoned sea salt
  4. Cook uncovered for 45 min at 375 F or until done
  5. Top with fresh herbs and enjoy your tender chicken and flavorful rice 😋
