Delicious Gluten Free Dessert
Ingredients
- 4-5 medium sized apples, cored and chopped
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 tbsp chai mulling mix
Topping - 1.5 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup sugar or maple syrup
- 4-5 tbsp oil or plant butter, until the texture of coarse sand
Instructions
- Mix apples and blueberries with chai spice and place in baking sheet.
- Top with crumble topping mix.
- Bake in a 350 oven until bubbly and aromatic, about 25-35 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or a cup of hot chai tea.
