Much better than the boiled potatoes you grew up with
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp goulash paprikash
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 3-4 large peeled potatoes cut in 1/8s.
Instructions
- Make broth by mixing goulash paprikash, water and olive oil in your pot.
- Bring to a boil, add the potatoes bring back to a boil, simmer for 10-20 minutes until tender.
