Easy to make, easy to eat, easy to clean!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Long Grain 9Rice
- 9 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
- 3.5 cups water or stock
- 1 hand full of chopped Parsley
- Nd Seasoned Sea Salt
- Optional: 3/4 cup diced onion (reduce water to 3 cup)
Instructions
- Rinse your rice! It’s worth the extra step
- In oven safe bakeware, add your rinsed rice and place 1.5 cups of water for every cup of rice. (Subtract a half a cup of water if you add an onion for flavor)
- Place your chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle with seasoning, we used Nd seasoned sea salt
- Cook uncovered for 45 min at 375 F or until done
- Top with fresh herbs and enjoy your tender chicken and flavorful rice 😋
