Easy, flavorful weeknight dinner

Ingredients

  • Umami mushroom
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 2 cups water
  • Sliced onion (optional)
  • Meatballs/roastbeef/turkey/chicken

Instructions

  1. Slice an onion, cook in your pan with the oil until browned.
  2. Add water and Magic Umami Mushroom and bring to a boil and you'll now have a complex mushroom broth
  3. Add your frozen, cooked or raw meatballs in

Tips

The broth can also be used to warm roast beef or turkey! Also great on it's own or with noodles.
