Easy, flavorful weeknight dinner
Ingredients
- Umami mushroom
- 1 tbs oil
- 2 cups water
- Sliced onion (optional)
- Meatballs/roastbeef/turkey/chicken
Instructions
- Slice an onion, cook in your pan with the oil until browned.
- Add water and Magic Umami Mushroom and bring to a boil and you'll now have a complex mushroom broth
- Add your frozen, cooked or raw meatballs in
Tips
The broth can also be used to warm roast beef or turkey! Also great on it's own or with noodles.
