Also known as Ratatouille
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp goulash paprikash
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Zucchini, sliced
- Eggplant, large dice
- Onion, sliced
- Tomato, diced
Instructions
- Make broth by mixing goulash paprikash, water and olive oil in your pot.
- Bring to a boil, add the vegetables bring back to a boil, simmer for 10-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
Tips
Other variations: Hungarian Bell Peppers (use bell peppers instead of summer vegetables)
